These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, content, tools, forms, email services, and other online services operated by Lifelong Building Curriculum Studies LLC, doing business as Athority Ministries (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Additional terms may apply to a particular paid product, software service, event, download, subscription, or Shop purchase. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control for that product or transaction.
Lifelong Building Curriculum Studies LLC, doing business as Athority Ministries (“Athority Ministries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Services. The Services currently include athority.org, the Spiritual Pathway Finder at pathway.athority.org, the Athority Shop at shop.athority.org when it is made available to the public, and other services that link to these Terms.
The Shop will also be governed by Shop-specific terms published before public checkout is enabled.
The general website provides informational content for a broad audience. Interactive tools, contact forms, email subscriptions, purchases, and paid services are intended to be used by adults who are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
The Spiritual Pathway Finder is intended for adult ministry leaders, parents, mentors, chaplains, counselors, and similar adults. A child should not independently submit information through the Pathway, contact forms, email forms, a Shop, or a paid service.
If you use the Services on behalf of a church, ministry, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Athority Ministries provides educational material, ministry intelligence, cultural research, articles, reflection tools, and related resources. The Services do not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, clergy-penitent, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
The Services are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, safeguarding, financial, or other individualized advice. The separate Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
The Spiritual Pathway Finder is an educational and reflective tool. It is not a diagnostic instrument, psychological assessment, clinical evaluation, safeguarding assessment, or final determination concerning another person’s beliefs, health, character, needs, or spiritual condition.
You are responsible for:
Do not use the Pathway to make employment, educational, housing, insurance, credit, disciplinary, clinical, or other high-impact decisions about another person. Do not use it in an emergency or as a replacement for crisis intervention, mandatory reporting, safeguarding procedures, or professional care.
Results depend on the information and impressions supplied by the user. Athority Ministries does not verify that information and does not guarantee that a result is complete, accurate, or appropriate for a particular person.
You may submit information through contact forms, support requests, email forms, or other interactive features. You agree that the information you submit will be accurate, lawful, and not violate another person’s rights.
Do not submit confidential professional records, medical records, counseling notes, government identifiers, payment-card information outside an authorized checkout, or another person’s sensitive information unless Athority Ministries specifically requests it and you have a lawful basis to provide it.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Athority Ministries a limited right to use, reproduce, and process that information only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide the requested service, operate and secure the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
The Services do not currently provide a public-comment forum. If public submissions are offered in the future, additional moderation and content terms may apply.
If you request a Pathway result, email series, newsletter, or other email communication, you authorize Athority Ministries and its email provider to send the requested communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in an email.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Athority Ministries from sending a response to your request, a transaction-related message, a security notice, or another non-marketing communication permitted by law.
The Services and their content, including articles, research, frameworks, Pathway materials, questionnaires, result language, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, downloads, software, and site arrangement, are owned by Athority Ministries, Lifelong Building Curriculum Studies LLC, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.
Subject to these Terms, Athority Ministries grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for personal, educational, or internal ministry purposes.
You may make brief quotations from publicly available written content when permitted by law and accompanied by appropriate attribution and a link to the original page. Any broader reproduction, republication, adaptation, distribution, public display, sale, licensing, or commercial use requires prior written permission unless an applicable law clearly permits the use.
No license is granted to use Athority Ministries content, Pathway content, or research to train, evaluate, ground, or populate an artificial-intelligence system, machine-learning model, commercial dataset, or competing product without prior written permission.
You may not:
Athority Ministries may offer physical products, digital products, software services, subscriptions, or other paid services in the future. A separately hosted Shop at shop.athority.org is being developed using WooCommerce and is expected to offer payment options through Stripe and PayPal.
Until a Shop or paid service is publicly launched, its products, prices, subscriptions, fulfillment practices, and payment methods are not an offer by Athority Ministries.
When a purchase becomes available:
Athority Ministries will publish a Shop-specific shipping, returns, and refund policy before accepting public Shop orders. Athority Ministries will publish product-specific subscription and billing terms before accepting payment for a recurring SaaS product.
The Services may link to or interact with third-party websites and services. Athority Ministries does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, security, or terms. A link does not necessarily mean that Athority Ministries endorses the third party.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Athority Ministries does not provide emergency response, crisis intervention, therapy, medical care, or individualized professional counseling through the Services. If you believe someone is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource.
In the United States, call 911 for an immediate emergency or call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the United States, contact the appropriate local emergency or crisis service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Athority Ministries disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifelong Building Curriculum Studies LLC, Athority Ministries, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Athority Ministries for the applicable Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 United States dollars.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifelong Building Curriculum Studies LLC, Athority Ministries, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Athority Ministries may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, respond to unlawful conduct, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact Athority Ministries through the Contact page and provide enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, you and Athority Ministries agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally through written notice, unless immediate legal relief is reasonably necessary.
Athority Ministries may modify the Services and these Terms. The revised-effective date will identify the current version. If required by law, Athority Ministries will provide additional notice or request consent.
Your continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Services.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Athority Ministries’ failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written permission. Athority Ministries may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and any applicable product-specific terms constitute the agreement concerning the Services.
